Ltd "Ludmilla" changes its name to Ltd "Tetralia"

We are pleased to inform you that we have changed the name of our company. From 31.07.2019. the business subject Ltd "Ludmilla"will be operating under the new name: Ltd "Tetralia".

The  legal  form  of  the company remains  unchanged (the address, ID, VAT number, telephone and mailing contacts, and bank account number).

The change in the name of the of the company has no effect on contracts and liabilities between you and Ltd "Ludmilla". Contracts signed before the change are still binding.

However, new business correspondences, orders, invoices, delivery sheets, new contracts and changes to existing contracts between you and our company must be carried out under the new business name Ltd "Tetralia" in accordance with this change.
